    December 2022- 9.8% A1C, fasting 105 bgl

    February 2022 - 5.9%!!!!! 😃 A1C, fasting 90 bgl

    Overall cholesterol has gone down from 190 to 90

    After starting your program, implementing good habits, and feeling confident to incorporate certain foods back in my life (portion size and correct paring of macronutrients) I have felt less anxious and restricted. I'm enjoying my meals and making food choices doesn't feel like a losing battle

Kristina Cooke, RD

Nutrition became the unintended catalyst to my healing. It was there that I found an outlet - something I was completely lit up by, and I pursued it relentlessly. On the other side of that was healing in more ways than one. As a result, I felt devoted to learn ways in which I could help others find it for themselves. Years later, after working with those with prediabetes and type 2 diabetes, I’ve seen firsthand how health is not solely physical— it's not just burpees and buddha bowls...
