what you’ll get

Individual coaching catered to you

Individual coaching is will help you reach your goals in less time. It is a 3 month commitment upon sign-up to kickstart accomplishing your goals. It will be monthly thereafter.

01 / Monthly 1:1 Sessions

Each month, you'll receive two 30-minute video sessions with me, where we'll chat through any questions, troubleshoot barriers, and come up with a plan for your success in managing your blood sugars.

Each week, you can submit your questions through my form. You'll receive a video answer from me to provide you with the tools you need to go into your week prepared.

02 / Weekly Check-ins

You'll have access to unlimited chat, where I check in at least once daily, to ask questions or get feedback from me when you need it.

03 / Unlimited Chats

Here are some FAQ’s to help you make the right decision!

  • Don't sweat it! You can still submit your questions, and will be given the same time as all other members of the group, whether or not you're present on the call. All of our group coaching calls are recorded and posted in the group within 24 hours for you to watch.

  • All group coaching calls are held on Wednesday evenings at 5:30 pm PST. They are 1 hour long.

  • Accessibility is something I value greatly. I have investment options to make it easier for you. Ask me about my options on our 15-minute call after you apply!

  • At this time, I do not take insurance
